Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through our Services. If we learn we have collected personal information (as defined by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from a child under 13 years old, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible. Parents should be aware that a child’s personal information can be provided to us unintentionally by the child during their use of interactive features of our Services without a parent or guardian’s knowledge. California Residents

We do not “sell” personal information as traditionally defined in the CCPA. We do not exchange or disclose Personal Information to third parties for monetary consideration. However, there are certain categories of Personal Information that we may disclose to third parties for business purposes, where allowed by the CCPA. We will verify the request by matching information you provide to information we have on file. If you have an account with us, we will verify you are the account holder. If authorized, we will fulfill your request free of charge within 45 days, unless an extension is required.

Data Subjects in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom

For individuals located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and UK, we collect and process information according to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Under the GDPR, companies must outline their lawful basis for data collection and processing. Our lawful bases include:
